Quality Requirements

The Quality Tree and Quality Scenarios subsections were still an empty template in the original documentation. The quality goals themselves are recorded in section 1 — accuracy, understandability, environmental friendliness, reliability, availability, and privacy compliance — each already stated as a scenario with a concrete threshold (99.9% uptime, 2-of-3 outage confirmation, 90% user understanding, and so on) rather than gathered separately here.
